Maranta Technical Services is located in Eastern Ontario. Maranta Technical Services offers support and service to clients in the Ottawa Valley area and as far south as Cornwall. For convenience, this area is divided up into travel zones. Clients in Zone 1 are charged a flat 1/2 hour travel fee for service calls; clients in Zone 2 are charged a flat rate of one hour. Clients in Zone 3 are charged according to the actual travel time (out and return). Maranta Technical Services typically provides that a technician can be at your door within one hour of receiving your call, under normal circumstances. Please note that MTSi is unable to offer Macintosh™ technical service to U.S. customers.
